Active Zone Outdoor invites you to participate in the event Beach Clean up, in Protaras Konnos Bay. It will be held on Sunday, November 5, 2023, between 09:30-12:00, as part of the “Youth Goes Blue” project, which is funded by the Erasmus+ Program and in the context of the “Day of the Mediterranean 2023”.
The activity is supported by: KIMON Diving Academy, the CMMI Cyprus Maritime and Maritime Institute, CARDET NGO, The Grammar School Nicosia, Mountain Sports & Rescue, the 21 Paralimni Sea Scouts, and Mike Water Sports.
The activity will be held at Konnos area and will include: a) beach clean-up, b) seabed clean-up with mask and snorkel (snorkeling), c) clean-up with scuba diving (only for those who hold at least the Open Water Diver diploma and only in contact with the Kimon Diving Academy (Pambos 99666815).
The organization will provide a healthy breakfast, coffee and refreshments to all participants.
The activity is for EVERYONE!
What to bring:
- Comfortable Sportswear, trainers, sea shoes, or beach flip-flop
- Swimsuit & Wetsuit (for those who will choose sea bed clean-up)
- Small bag with towel, water bottle, sunscreen, hat, antiseptic
